Modified Ham’s F-10 Basal Media are intended for use in assisted reproductive procedures which include gamete and embryo manipulation. Supplementation with additional components (sodium lactate, sodium pyruvate, glutamine and gentamicin) are required prior to use. Modified Ham’s F-10 - HEPES (Catalog #99168) has been specifically formulated without hypoxanthine, and with HEPES for buffering at ambient atmosphere, and does not require the use of a CO2 incubator. 100 mL.
